A website, www.reserveatpagosapeak.com. is available for Owners. The site provides updates on what's going on at The Reserve at Pagosa Peak, from construction updates, new owners, future phases, etc. The site also provides an online request form to help plan your next trip to Pagosa Springs.

• Transfer to, and from the Pagosa Springs Airport.

• Provide dinner recommendations and/or make reservations.

• Make lodging reservations for you or your guests.

• Turn the heat and/or air conditioning on in your new home, in preparation for your arrival.

• Arrange access for outside contractors for maintenance and repair services as requested.

• Assist Owners and their guests in arranging any number of excursions or outdoor activities including:

• Private trail rides on horseback or snowmobile.
• Hot air balloon rides overlooking Pagosa Springs.
• Guided packing, fishing, & hunting trips.
• Relax in the "healing waters" of the Pagosa Hot Springs.
• Raft or kayak the San Juan & Piedra Rivers.
• 27 holes of championship golf.
• Ski Wolf Creek, boasting the most snow in Colorado.
• Fly-fishing lessons.
• Reserve tickets at the Creede Repertory, Theatre or Fort Lewis Community Concert Hall.
• Tour Chimney Rock Archaeological Area or Mesa Verde National Park.
• Historic Durango-Silverton Railroad.
• Treat yourself to a therapeutic massage, facial, pedicure, or manicure.

• Snow removal from driveways, walkways and roofs.
